No surprise, but Beyoncé scooped up another armful of awards at this year's Grammys! The icon/legend/moment showed up onstage to pick up her Best Country Album award, wearing a stunning gold paisley dress.
We are not worthy.
According to Spotify, ppl are streaming TF out of Cowboy Carter right now. Following her big Grammys night, her album is surging in popularity, with the top three most-streamed songs being "My Rose," "Oh Louisiana," and "Ameriican Requiem."
Soooo, what was Beyoncé nominated for? How long! Do you have!
Bey was nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Country Song for “Texas Hold ’Em,” Album of the Year and Best Country Album for Cowboy Carter, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Bodyguard,” Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Levii’s Jeans,” Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Spaghettii,” Best Country Solo Performance for “16 Carriages,” Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “II Most Wanted,” and Best Americana Performance for “YA YA.”
Tragically, Beyoncé didn't perform at the show last night (to be fair, she just put her allllll into the Christmas Day Super Bowl halftime show and deserves a break!). The last time Bey performed at the Grammys was in 2017 (“Love Drought” and “Sandcastles” from Lemonade), but perhaps next year!!
